“The home inspection was for my first home, and Yanir went above and beyond to make sure that I would feel safe and knowledgeable about my property. He arrived early and took extra time to inspect the complex, even spoke with the president of the home association to learn about major renovations done in the complex. When inspecting the condo, Yanir was extremely thorough. For a condo that most inspectors may spend at most an hour on, Yanir made sure to check everything possible and ended up there for an hour and a half. He not only took notes of the necessary repairs, but also gave me tons of recommendations on how I can better the property after I move in. "Yanir was fantastic. I was able to arrange our home inspection quickly with the friendly person who answered the phone, I think within one or 2 days. Yanir arrived early and had already thoroughly gone around the exterior and roof of the house before I arrived and was ready to give me a rundown of what he had seen so far.  

He was very thorough when inspecting the interior of the house and was very patient with my numerous questions. I do not speak "house" as he put it, so Yanir did a great job of explaining everything in very simple terms that made it easy for me to understand. The entire inspection took over 3 hours, not including the time he was looking at the exterior before I arrived and we received the full report with photos that same evening as promised. The final report was just as thorough and clearly written and the photos were clear and informative. We will be saving the report for a long time to make sure that we can refer back to it down the road.

Yanir also advised us that he would be happy to return any time after we have moved in, if we wanted any further inspections done, if we want him to check on any work that has been done, or if we have any further questions about anything that might arise in the future.
